Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Click On Service Tab, Enter your order confirmation number received when the order was placed.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?
A: Buy Reliant ships orders same day if in stock and the order is received before 3 PM Central Standard Time. Some products are shipped direct to you from the factory. In these cases allow 2 business days for the product to be shipped.
